Cavanna Homes 504K Plymouth

Published by .

An eclectic mix of attractive 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroom homes make up Cavanna Homes’ flagship 504K development, located off Plymbridge Lane, a short commute to Plymouth city centre.

Located close to the University of St Mark and St John, Derriford Hospital and Tamar Science Park, the development is proving popular with professionals and families alike. All customers can request a six-month bus pass and local travel information as part of the 504K Travel Plan which is provided upon completion.

504K is a 275-home collection of modern, energy efficient, low maintenance homes each featuring a stylish combination of finishes with a variety of renders, slate and timber cladding. The homes have been sensitively designed in appreciation of their urban location and rural West Devon backdrop and offer a wide range of property styles and sizes to homeowners.

All homes have parking provision, contemporary fitted kitchens and bathrooms and benefit from PVC-u double glazed windows and a 10-year NHBC Buildmark Warranty, with some homes fitted with solar panels. Now in phase four of the five-phase scheme, the majority of homes overall have been purchased but there are still several homes available to reserve and some that are due to be completed this autumn and winter.

Plot 147, the Barnard, due to be completed in October, is a four-bedroom detached house featuring a stylish timber and brickwork finish with a spacious kitchen, separate dining room, en-suite master bedroom, downstairs cloakroom and integral garage. Prices are from £325,000.

Also available is Plot 149, the Walden, due for completion in October, which is one of the development’s stylistically innovative properties with its largely brickwork exterior giving it an air of rural charm. The Walden is a four-bedroom detached house with a large kitchen and separate utility room, generously sized dining room, en-suite master bedroom and downstairs cloakroom, garage and parking. Prices start from £360,000.

Depending on the stage of construction, early purchasers have the option to choose their kitchen units, worktops and bathroom wall tiles.

Selected properties are also built to ‘Lifetime Homes’ standard, which means they are thoughtfully designed to make life as easy as possible for as long as possible due to the accessible and practical accommodation they provide.

Torquay based Cavanna Homes is a family-run firm and has been awarded the maximum five stars for customer satisfaction in the nationwide Home Builders Federation survey for the fifth year in a row.

The prestigious five stars mean that at least 90 per cent of new Cavanna homeowners would recommend the company to a friend. The survey has been carried out annually for the past eleven years, but Cavanna Homes has only been included since 2013 when the customers of smaller firms were first surveyed.

The company has been rated among the best performing home builders in the UK every time it has been judged, and is the only firm in the South West to have earned such consistently high ratings.

This year two of Cavanna Homes’ site managers, including Ian Crighton-Brown who runs 504K, have been awarded Quality Awards in the first round of the National House Building Council’s Pride in the Job Awards. Now in their 37th year, the awards recognise the exceptional contribution site managers make in creating high quality homes.

Mr Crighton-Brown initially took on the role of supporting site manager at 504K, with lead site manager Ian Rankin who also won the award in 2014 for his work at the site.

The 504K sales advisor can be contacted on 01752 773187 and the sales office is open from Thursday to Tuesday 10am to 5pm.
